Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the services offered by Virease Ltd ("Virease", "we", "us", or "our"). By booking a consultation, signing a service agreement, or using our virtual assistant services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Virease Ltd provides fully managed virtual assistant services to entrepreneurs, real estate professionals, and growing businesses. Our services include, but are not limited to, administrative support, client communication, lead generation, social media management, executive assistance, and specialized business support.
The specific scope of services, deliverables, and assigned virtual assistant(s) will be detailed in a separate Service Agreement signed between Virease Ltd and the client prior to commencement of services.
All monthly retainer plans require a minimum commitment of three (3) months
A one-time setup fee of $350 CAD is payable upon signing to cover VA sourcing, matching, onboarding, and workflow setup
Services begin only after a signed Service Agreement and receipt of the setup fee
Clients may upgrade their plan at any time with 5 business days' notice
Downgrades or cancellations are subject to the notice and refund terms outlined below
All fees are quoted in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise specified. Current pricing:
Trial Plan: $420/month (20 hrs/month)
Starter Plan: $840/month (~10 hrs/week)
Growth Plan: $1,680/month (~20 hrs/week)
Scale Plan: $3,360/month (full-time, 160 hrs)
Hourly: $21/hr (minimum 10 hrs/week, short-term only)
Invoices are issued at the beginning of each billing cycle and are due within 5 business days. Late payments may result in suspension of services. Virease reserves the right to adjust pricing with 30 days' written notice.
Clients must provide a minimum of 30 days' written notice to cancel services after the initial commitment period
The one-time setup fee is non-refundable under all circumstances
No refunds are issued for completed billing periods
Virease reserves the right to terminate services immediately for non-payment, abusive conduct, or breach of these Terms
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of the service relationship. Virease will not disclose client business information to unauthorized third parties. Clients agree not to share proprietary Virease systems, SOPs, or operational materials with third parties.
Work product created by Virease virtual assistants on behalf of a client becomes the property of the client upon full payment of all outstanding fees. Virease retains ownership of its internal systems, templates, training materials, and operational frameworks.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Canadian law, Virease Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Virease's total cumulative liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the client in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
Virease does not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue results, or performance metrics as a result of our services.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Virease Ltd, its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your misuse of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
Virease Ltd operates as an independent contractor and managed service provider. Nothing in these Terms creates an employment, partnership, or joint venture relationship between Virease and the client. Virtual assistants assigned to clients are contractors of Virease, not employees of the client.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
Virease Ltd reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify active clients of material changes via email at least 14 days prior to the changes taking effect. Continued use of our services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
